the year 1958 Salomon K.’s son Berthold K. filed an application
for compensation according to the War- and Persecution-Related Material
Damage Act (“Kriegs- und Verfolgungssachschädengesetz, KVSG”).
The family member who now lives in Tel Aviv received a little financial
