On May 27, 1942 Salomon K. was deported from Vienna to Minsk in the “23rd emigration transport” as it was called in Nazi terminology and murdered upon his arrival on June 1, 1942.
The deportation transport included 1,003 persons. The economic unit of the Jewish Community had to provide for their subsistence.
The deportation lists, together with the statements of costs, are now located in the Archives of the Jewish Community Vienna.
