RESEARCH

The two cornerstones of the Vienna Wiesenthal Institute are the publicly accessible archives and libraries that are to be consolidated on its premises. The impetus and drive of this centre is research.

With the help of fellowships, guest researchers of international standing are to be attracted to Vienna and brought together with the upcoming generation of scientists. In addition, long-term research projects shall be carried out.

The quality of research shall be guaranteed by an International Scientific Advisory Board with high-ranking members.
The members of the preliminary advisory board alone – the International Steering Committee – includes the Austrian member Bertrand Perz as well as distinguished international experts from the field of science such as Omer Bartov, Micha Brumlik and Dan Diner.
