Dan Diner, Prof. Dr. He teaches in Germany and Israel and is a Professor of Jewish history and culture at the University of Leipzig. In addition he is the director of the Simon Dubnow Institute for Jewish History and Culture at Leipzig University (since 1999).
Born in 1946 in Munich. Professor at the Universities Odense/Denmark, Essen, Tel Aviv; 1994-1999 Director of the Institute for German History at Tel Aviv University.
